- Mix all ingredients of filling and keep aside..
- Now make fine paste of soaked moong dal in grinder..
- Now take out in a bowl and mix salt, turmeric powder and some water and make smooth batter.
- Now heat griddle apply some oil on it and pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly. Drizzle oil on the border and the center.
- After few seconds flip it..and roast the other side..and then remove from heat and put in a plater… make all chila like this from remaining batter..
- Now take a chila put 2tsp filling in the center and make a potali and warp with a coriander sprig.. serve with sauce or green chatni..
