- Prepare 1 cup of + 2tsp boiled sweet corn.
- You need 2 of boiled and mashed Potatoes.
- It’s 1 of chopped Onion.
- Prepare 1/2 of Chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 1 of chopped green Chilli.
- Prepare 4 tsp of Bread crumbs.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- It’s 2 tsp of Rice Flour.
- It’s 2 tsp of Besan.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin Powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder.

- Prepare 2 tsp of Chopped Coriander leaves.

- In a blender, grind 1 cup boiled corn to a coarse paste and then transfer it to a mixing bowl..
- Further add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped green chilli, onion & capsicum..
- Then add 2 tsp boiled corn, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste..
- Furthermore add rice flour and besan..
- Now add all dried spices such as cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper, turmeric powder and salt as per taste..
- Add chopped coriander leaves and combine everything to form a dough..
- Grease hands with oil and make cylindrical shape kebabs..
- Deep fry the kebabs in hot oil on medium flame. Stir occasionally and fry till kebabs are golden and crisp..
