- In a pan add oil,chilli powder,Garam masala,salt and dry mango powder..
- Now add capsicum,corn, mushrooms, paneer and potatoes..
- Mix well and cook for two minutes and keep aside..
- Now take a bowl and add gram flour, turmeric powder,salt,oil..
- Add few water and mix well.make the batter in flowing consistency and keep aside..
- Now take a bread.cut off the sides and roll it thin..
- Now spread tomato sauce on the bread evenly.spread vegetables mixture on the bread slice evenly..
- Roll the bread tightly.Take some water and seal it properly..
- Dip it in the gram flour batter and cover it properly..
- Firstly grease the steamer with oil.then Place it in the kadhai steamer.cover the kadhai and steam on high flame for 4-5 minutes.after 5 minutes check it cooked properly..
