- It’s 1/2 large of head of cauliflower, stem removed and broken into chunks.
- You need 3 of parsnips, peeled and chopped.
- It’s 2 large of carrots, peeled and chopped.
- Prepare 1 large of sweet potato, peeled and chopped small.
- Prepare 1 of amount of vegetable stock to cover veggies.
- Prepare 1 of amount of fat free half and half, warmed.
- It’s 4 tbsp of butter.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of salt.
